50 Acts of Kindness

Kindness matters and Karma is real. I have been thinking about kindness recently; kindness to our fellow men and women, kindness to animals and kindness to our planet.  We are all dashing around, have busy lives and have become very insular and self centred.  It doesn’t take a couple of minutes to be kind, and the ripples of one small act can be hugely far reaching.

I think we could all try a little bit harder to make a difference every day. What do we have to lose, a couple of minutes of our time?  I have decided that I need to show more kindness and have compiled a list of kind acts which we could all try. I’m going to try and do at least one a day.

  1. totally agree with the sentiments you’ve expressed here and you’ve certainly given this list great thought … there is huge scope here and even if people pick a few of the ‘easier’ ones to do our world will become a kinder place 🙂
